6.1 Changes by You: Modifications to confirmed bookings may incur fees from suppliers and a €50 administrative fee from us.

6.2 Changes by Us: We may modify itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control (strikes, weather, schedule changes). We'll provide alternatives and refund any price difference if the alternative is inferior.

7.1 Our Liability: We act as booking agent for railways, hotels, and other suppliers. Our liability is limited to proper booking of services as specified. We are not liable for:

9.1 Complaints: Report issues during your journey to our 24/7 support immediately. Post-journey complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days.

9.2 Dispute Resolution: We'll attempt to resolve disputes amicably. If unsuccessful, disputes are subject to Swiss law and jurisdiction of Zürich courts.

Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and Swiss/EU data protection regulations.
